Founded from a personal journey of caregiving, Anointed Hands Home Health and Training Center delivers compassionate care while equipping the next generation of caregivers. We believe in providing care that uplifts, restores dignity, and supports families every step of the way.”

Founder's Story

For Ms. LaShawn, caregiving has never been just a career — it’s a journey of faith, strength, and purpose.

Her story began as a teenager caring for her father and grandmother, learning firsthand the emotional and physical challenges of caregiving. In 2013, she began serving as a private care provider. In 2015, after relocating to Arizona, she cared for her mother-in-love during her battle with cancer and became a Certified Caregiver and MedTech, dedicating herself to respite care clients with unwavering commitment.

In February 2023, she was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Even during chemotherapy and surgery, she continued to care for others, giving her a rare perspective — she had lived as the caregiver, the family member, and the patient.

From this journey, Anointed Hands Home Health and Training Center was born — a place where care is delivered with dignity, and caregivers are trained to serve with excellence, faith, and compassion.
